I can hardly remember before the internet, I can hardly remember last week either but then again, thats something else…..
*sigh* the library was were i did all my research. conversations were either on the phone or face to face. i also wrote letters. xoxo
We used to stand around the piano and make our own entertainment, which usually involved someone saying, “does anyone know how to play this thing?”

TVR
Tim – I remember somebody (younger) I knew seeing LPs for the first time and asking what they were. They wondered if they were large compact discs.
Savannah – what are these strange things you speak of? Some of them involved leaving your desk?
Kim – sounds like the early days of the Internet! (I only ever get to see your successes – a tiny car-hating part of me hopes it takes you 10 attempts to get through, but I suspect that’s not the case
)
I hate to disappoint, but so far I’ve got through first time, every time.
Mercedes
Hot diggity! Foiled again by cars!
this reminds me of when my internet went down last year, i didn’t know what to do.
jbarry – thanks for the comment but you’ll notice I’m not letting through keywords for names.
so, what are you doing these days? i’ve been …wait for it…
writing letters and addressing cards, but NOT christmas cards, sugar…change of address things. 😉
